Hello
I know this topic does not effect most of you here, but for those who live in Belmont Park is a major issue that needs to be addressed. If you do not know Belmont Park is the Mostly Unincorporated area between Maple on the North, Belmont on the East, 59th on the South and Walnut on the West. We are a community of Single Family homes on large land sites, and there are two familes that are planning, from what we can gather, to obtan zoning for town homes right in the middle of our community. We need to stop this spot zoning development now, if anyone out there can help us it would be appreciated.
